<p>Hunter stocks are nothing special but the bolts are slick and the rifles shoot like a million.</p>
<p>You are not going to find many complainers in regards to tikka rifles on this forum I&#039;m afraid.<br />Maybe try a Ruger forum?</p>
<p>Lots of after market support if you need to upgrade.</p>

<p>Your going to have a hard time convincing anyone on this forum, or other forums for that matter, that a tikka won&#039;t shoot. <br />Just my .02 😉</p>

Cabelas did have them on sale for 25 percent off. Not sure if the sale is still going.</p>
<p>Now I use nosler accubond 180 with reloader 17 in Norma brass loaded to mag length. <p>As far as removing rail on ctr, just apply enough heat to the screws and it will come off. <br />Don&#039;t be impatient and strip the screws out.</p>
<p>I replaced mine cause I wanted a 20 moa rail.</p>

<p>Isn&#039;t that the whole point of a mag fed rifle???</p>
<p>Just bringing a rifle hunting, that has a detachable magazine, sets you up for trouble if it gets lost or breaks.</p>
<p>Very foolish to not have a spare. </p>
