If it's a T3 lite it's probably worth about $500 +/-.
Try the factory stock first. I have a T3 varmint that shoots so well I can't see how an aftermarket stock would help much more.

put out a “want to buy” ads on the forums you participate in for stainless rings from a Tikka T3. There are likely T3 stainless owners that replaced the rings that came with their rifle.

Wow! That looks good! Did you install the flush cups?

What stock is that?
Does the super-lite come with the fluted barrel?

Are you saying that it even closes hard with factory ammo?
Check the movement of the extractor and ejector. You should be able to push the ejector plunger all the way down to the breach face.

It's really important that you figure out which fired case caused this. Having the box it came in with a lot number is probably required too.

Man, that's a royal bummer! What was the temperature outside while you were hunting?

When you chamber a round from the magazine, does the bolt hold the back end of the cartridge down? It seems if it's just pushing it along it should pop free of the feed lips and move upwards.

This is interesting – when I view the pictures in the northern hemisphere, they are upside-down!
….. nice looking rig you have there!
