Keep us updated please…
We are buying a VMC just for producing these in house at a substantially lower price than the two currently on the market.
Any feedback we get before production will improve our initial design significantly.
Thanks!

Thanks Jason.I'm having a registry key problem.Tried to fix it but no dice yet.I will have to have someone more knowledgeable than me,have a look at it. I can still order if I go to the registry,so all is not lost.
If you have any problems or feel more comfortable, give us a call 406-285-2371. We'd be more than happy to help you out.
I'll ask our web developer about the registry key issue. I've never heard of that, but I'm a gun guy, not a web guy!

Noticed that your web store has been off line for several days now.How soon till its operational again?
Hi Assassin
Our server hasn't had any downtime and the store is humming along perfectly.
What isn't working on your end and we'll try to get it figured out.
By the way… Rails just got back from anodizing and salt bath nitriding yesterday!
We are filling back orders as quickly as possible and will post an up to date inventory this afternoon.
Thank you for everyone's patience!

Hi David
We have two 25-06 T3s in our shop right now that show the same behavior. The customers both said accuracy fell off after 150-200 rounds.
One has an issue with the recoil lug. The factory stock had such a poor fit with the recoil lug that it was damaged. Even our oversized lug wouldn't fit right. Since the customer doesn't want to buy a new stock, we are going to skim bed the action and fill the recoil lug recess with devcon and bed our Elite Lug.
The other rifle had a ring failure. That one is easy. Once we isolated the problem we put Warne Maximas on and the groups tightened back up. Unfortunately the scope was damaged during the failure but Zeiss is taking care of the customer.
What stock did you go with? If it was one of ours, it has the Elite Lug in it. If not, it might have a cheap lug like the factory one. We have even seen B&C stocks actually perform worse than the factory stock because of poor machining.
You can email us at vasb@grzc.gvxxnfubbgref.pbz if you want to dive into this further.
Hopefully this info helps!

We are working on the m695 currently and plan to have those stocks ready in the next 10-12 weeks. The adjustable stocks on our site are available in a m695 inlet.
BMCox
We are designing our own muzzle brake and will no longer import the ones from Hinterland. We had too many quality control issues to trust there products any longer. That and they went to aluminum for their new brakes which fail with magnum calibers and rapid firing of smaller calibers.

What email address did it come from? Our editor hasn't seen it so it might have got stuck in our spam filter. Just PM me the address and we'll look for it.
Thanks!

These are some seriously sweet rifles!
If you guys can write up how your rifles began their life, why you decided to build them up, what their accomplishments and/or plans are, we'll get them published!
Send this and as many photos as you can to vasb@grzc.gvxxnfubbgref.pbz

We tried an old one for Speedgunner but it didn't work.
Now we are back on the hunt for a US source. He found quite a few outlets in Finland that had them.

No violation.
Just place it in the Classifieds section.

I love it! You are on the right track with a new stock to handle the added recoil.
This is one that I would use YukonAl's recoil lug system for.
We have a Tikka smith that can handle this project without a problem. Give us a call at 406-285-2371 and we can discuss it further.

Was it one of our lugs? We designed them to be oversized so if it is loose, it means your stock was damaged from the previous lug's inability to handle recoil.
I would bed it with the mating surface towards the butt of the stock. Use something strong like Devcon and you should be good to go.
Any movement in the lug and you will definitely see accuracy issues.

The 95s should be .25-.5 once you get your load development done. 20 thou off the lands works really well for all of our shop Tikkas.
100 is pushing it on the twist rate. If you stick to 95s you should be golden!

The good news is that we can continue to manufacture our parts for Tikkas… we just have to change our name.
I am totally dedicated to the continued manufacture of premium performance parts for Tikka rifles.
This is just a hiccup in the grand scheme of things and unfortunate that Beretta is choosing to push their weight around instead of cooperating like they originally represented to me.
As we get closer to the transition to Mountain Tactical, I will post how this will affect everyone here.
Thank you for your support as we navigate these waters!
And don't forget that our store is the still open and humming at http://www.tikkaperformance.com

Hi Speedgunner,
I'll check our warehouse and see what we have. If I remember correctly all we have left are 5 rounds but I will double check that.
They are expensive but very well made.
Talk to you soon!

Sounds good Al… I'll sort through them for the one I said we would set aside for you.
They were in for another coating to ensure durability in weather yesterday.
Laminate is so much easier to work with! But there is just something about real wood that gives a stock more personality.
So far we are on schedule to start putting these in customers' hands on Friday!
