I thought the Varmint models came with a barrel longer than 20″
95 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip. Work up a load with that, and kill anything in NA except for grizzlys.

First off, Super Varmints were no longer imported to the states over 5 years ago. So you won't find a new one. Used is your only option.

First, try a known accurate scope, to rule out the Leupold.
Second, Beretta guarantees 1 moa accuracy at 100. If it can't do that, send it in to be looked at. You might be hosed now…sanding on the stock.
