Neck sizing only has just about fallen by the wayside.

Most accuracy nuts (myself included) now are full length sizing every time with a .0015″-.002″ shoulder bump for minimum working of the brass, but yet enough to assure no problems chambering the loaded round.

Otherwise…when the loaded cartridge gets hard to close the bolt on, when chambering a round, time to full length size. Number of firings before that happens is anybody's guess. Many different variables will determine that.

Interestingly, I found a German source for the bolt stop… Roedale Precision.  It only costs 25 euros ($31) for the part and 40 euors ($50) shipping.  Yeesh!

You'll need both the lever AND the spring, which allows the lever to rock back and forth.

The slot machined into the bottom of the action sits on top of the lug, which is inserted into the stock. When the two are mated together, it essentially ties the action to the stock. The recoil lug helps transfer “recoil” from to barreled action to the stock, so the two will recoil together, or as one. In theory, the better they work together, the better the rifle's accuracy will be.

Some heavier recoiling rifles will mar the factory lug. The factory lug is easily changed out. Pull it out of the stock with a pair of vise grips, and tap a steel replacement in with a nylon hammer.  Steel replacements are designed to hold up better. This website sells them in their store.

Performance will be as good or better, with a steel replacement lug.
