Hi guys. Awesome to see a site dedicated to the T3. I have just finished a full length bedding job on my plastic/synthetic T3 lite 7mm08. I used match grade steel reinforced compound from terminal ballistics in NZ just for anyone's interest.

Although the job came up reasonably well I now have one new issue and that is my magazine. It isn’t as well retained in the mag well as before and is a rather sloppy fit, in fact when I load some rounds in it and insert the mag all that it takes is for a small movement and the mag drops in the mag well and the bolt can’t pick up on the rounds when loading into the breach. It just doesn't have the nice tight fit and 'click' as it had before.

The only things I can think of are possibly too much sanding of the 4 vertical ribs in the mag well – didn’t think I sanded them that much however, stock to action misalignment – although this seems unlikely and everything looks good in that department or lastly maybe the trigger assembly can move in a direction towards the muzzle to help retain the mag, if so I wouldn’t imagine it would move sufficient to retain the mag as it used to be retained. Any help would be appreciated
