I don't think Tikka customer service is associated with this forum.

You are correct, I think that's why they had to change there name from tikka performance to mountain tactical

Calm down Walter. If anyone knows their stuff on here, it's Al. Pehaps if your tone was a little more reasonable and less demanding, he might be keen to help you out more – like he has for many on here.

A little sayings might help, you get more with sugar than vinegar

You are not going to get excellent glass at that price point , you might get ok glass , for the best glass you need to be looking at a European manufacturer

Hi don't know about the Burris , for a person on a budget look at Vortex, or the cheaper Ziess ranges

Hi with my .223 I've just finished tests to see which is the best O.a.l for my rifle , the nearer I got to the lands the grouping opened up more and more, so for my rifle I'll be sticking to 0.040 off . But all rifles are different, it also depends on what grouping your after , I was trying to reduce mine to under .3 moa .
Also you might be restricted by the magazine on the O.a.l

You still need to do the 25 / 50 metre tests just to make sure you know where the bullets are going,

My guess is the glass set up take the bolt out set the rifle up with the scope looking at something in the distance, now without touch it look through the barrel , if it's not the same picture alter the scope till it is , then go to the range stand 25 metres back and fire 3 shoots zero the scope go back to 50 metres and do the same then again at 100 metres , make sure the barrel is cooled down after each distance
