Hi great caliber , there’s been a few t3x of late that have been like your’s with one brand of ammo but ok with another , I agree it shouldn’t happen but it seams it dose , just try some other brands , has for accuracy it will tighten up the grouping when you find a load that the rifle likes , have you thought about reloading your own ,

Welcome first why a smaller mag ? Second don’t understand what you mean about the rings ( might be because I’m in England ) , third you haven’t said what caliber , and all rifles are different remember just because one round work in one rifle it dosn’t mean it will work on another

The only thing I can think of to try is to put a little lub on the bolt lugs , also inspect the bolt for any swarf ( small metal shavings) as there has been one on here that had to go back because of swarf collecting on the bolt face

Welcome first of all I’d shoot it , 6.5 Creedmoor dosn’t have much recoil , you might find out you don’t need to you’se a limb saver recoil pad

Also if you trying different action screw torques remember it’s in inch and not pounds

First check that the barrel is fully floated and change the recoil lug if it’s a T3 I think the t3x is already steel

Hi I’ve not shot a 243 at that distance I uae a 6.5 Creedmoor , but I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t, the only down side might be barrel life , but if like me you consider the barrel has a consumable it’s not a problem
