I have been shooting PRS matches with my 20″ CTR (in 260 Rem) for the last 2 years. The gun's favorite load is 43.6 gr of H4350 and 139gr Scenars (loaded to 2.850 OAL) with LaPua brass and CCI LR primers, which yields around 2720 fps. The barrel is mated to a Thunderbeast Arms 30-P1 suppressor.
I have just under 5000 rounds through the barrel and the gun still shoots 3/8 ” groups at 100 yds. The gun is capable of hits on a full size IPSC target out to 1,200 yds.
My last match, I missed at 800 & 900 but got hits at 1000, 1113 and 1200 yds with the gun.
I just wish the barrel was faster….and would give me some indication that it's wearing out.
Hope this helps, good luck! -

I have seen reports that the tikka barrels run slow (snipers hide) but have not heard any complaints about accuracy. I have no personal experience regarding this (aside from accuracy). Load development will need to be specific to your rifle.
The only way to be sure of the barrel condition is with a bore scope. So if you have a significant number of rounds through it, either get a scope for $220 or buy a new barrel for $400 + install (maybe both).
