Tikka T3x .243 1000yrd ability
Hi guys just wanted to know if anyone has used a .243 super varmint for 1000yrd range shooting. I bought the rifle for pest control but have joined a club that has a 1000 yard range. Interested to know if anyone has had success and if so what bullet weights and powder etc. Cheers in advance

Hi I’ve not shot a 243 at that distance I uae a 6.5 Creedmoor , but I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t, the only down side might be barrel life , but if like me you consider the barrel has a consumable it’s not a problem
