I would put it into a GRS stock. Awesome design yet retains adjust-ability.

I don't think you'll have an issue with a bore guide at all.
Scopes are funny to export. Anything that can be considered “Tactical” or “Long-Range” is a problem. Of course the designation is completely arbitrary.
Midway USA was nailed a while back for shipping “tactical” optics outside the country. They were just standard hunting scopes to us.

The stock T3 rings are 1″ and will handle the 243 very well.
If you want to improve the mounting system, you could add our Performance Series Mount in 0 or 20 MOA.
It's a true picatinny rail so the world's your oyster for rings after adding it.

And I truly mean Thank You!
Our members are amazing and your support has been awesome!
Greg and I are working hard on new video reviews of products and just plain Tikka fun. As we get them edited I'll announce them here.

I got your PM but figured I would answer your question here.
The LA magazine is not wide enough for the WSM. The solution is to either remove material from the side wall or take a WSM mag and remove the rear material to make more room.
Modifying the bolt stop is a piece of cake if you have the right tools.
The cleanest conversion is to buy our LA AICS DBM and use a Lapua mag for the WSM. You have to inlet your stock but the end result would be solid.

Cleaning supplies such as chemicals would not be allowed on an airplane. For specific restrictions, I would contact the TSA.
If you export by mail, you'll have to talk to the USPS about what they will ship.
As far as actual export laws for gun parts, it is very easy as long as it is for personal use. The issue I think you'll have is if you're trying to transport chemicals.

Unless you're shooting multiple strings of shots, a sporter barrel will make the trip without a problem.
The barrel will heat up if you string to many shots back to back and your poa will go down.
Personally I would spend the extra dough on a tactical. Take that money and put it into the optics and a stock.

Hi Al
I've been shooting quite a bit since the weather is better. Someone has to test our prototypes so I guess it has to be me ::)
Greg spoke with your stock manufacturer at length and he says that everyone of his stocks must be bedded. He doesn't make anything in a drop in fit since they are molded and not cnc machined.
To have the rifle fit and installed correctly the price is $795.
If we could get these for around $300 as a drop in we'd be all over it!
Now back to some shooting!

It will fit your 300WM!
Just know that you'll be limited to 3.4″ coal and that the stock will need to be inlet for the DBM. Instructions are included.
Thanks for your inquiry!

Hi Lee,
We have a shipment coming in from Australia right now. Most of it is already spoken for though…
Our own shrouds should be completed here shortly. We are making some minor adjustments to the design and hope to have them ready to ship in May.
I'll put some pics of the prototypes up here as soon as I can.
Thanks for the inquiry!

Funny you should mention that. We “softened” the fore stock since the square cut was a little too harsh.
It was easier to machine though ::)

It was dumping snow that day and I had a hard time keeping the optic clear.
Great MT winter day!

Yeah… That's the kind of thing that steals my time away from doing fun things like getting new content on the site!
We are in the final stages of designing our own stocks in the same price range. Here's a picture of my 338 in prototype skin

We're working on it. That part of the site was supposed to be rebuilt and I have been waiting for the web guys to finish it before posting anything else.
Trust me, I'm anxious to get it up as well! Your gun is awesome!
