H4350 and Varget are being band here in the Eu and The U.K. On health and safety grounds because of some of the compounds its made up off , good job I've enough H4350 to see the barrel out on my Creedmoor
Maybe that means we'll get more of it here in the states! Sorry to revel in your misfortune…. 😛

Going to bump this thread back up for a good cause. This rifle has had a pretty serious metamorphosis since my last post here. Added a Manners T4a in apparently the ugliest color they make, a Hardy Rifle Engineering Carbon Fiber barrel in 6.5 creed, Hardy Titanium muzzle brake, and the Gen II Razor is keeping the bench warm until my Minox ZP5 gets back from being fixed. This rifle is stupid light, and flat-out shoots.

I don't have an action that I can weigh, but I just weighed my barreled action at 4.4lbs, and I know that the barrel is right around 2.6lbs, which puts the action ~1.8lbs.

Just bought my 3rd to start a .300wsm build. Definitely can't do better for the price, or almost at all.

Ctr only comes in SA calibers. Got to make your own, I'm afraid.

I'm pretty sure that Beretta stopped importing the Super Varmint completely, for whatever reason.

Put a dap of hi-slip moly grease behind each bolt lug, and a little bit more on the cocking ramp. Should smooth it out quite a bit.

The only difference in the actions is the size of the ejection port. They're otherwise identical.

Yes and no. The floor plates and magazines are not cross-compatible with each other, but the actions are basically the same. I've used a Ctr bottom metal/TRG-pattern mag with 2 different T3 lite actions, and it has worked fine.

Got to mention how amazing this manners is. What a piece of craftsmanship.
This was ten rounds doing an OCW work up. I honestly struggle to do load testing with this gun; it's hard to find places to shoot here in N. Texas that go further than 100yds, and this gun is so stupid accurate that at 100 you almost can't tell a difference. About 200fps increase from slowest to fastest.

Here's a little vid of the ctr mag feeding with 6.5 creedmoor at 2.815″ c.o.a.l.

In the interest of completing the circle on this question, here's a little update.
I was going to try to get the CTR dbm inletted into my B&C m40 stock. Turns out this is a no-go. The aluminum skeleton is actually narrower than the cut needed to fit the floor plate. Sooo…. I got a new Manners. EuroOptic had a few Manners T4A CTR drop-in stocks in inventory, so I ordered one. It fits like a glove and the TRG mag feeds flawlessly, even with my unaltered T3 lite action. Also, I modified the bolt stop/release to the long action length which allows more bolt travel than is necessary, but provides the extra bit of travel needed to get behind the top round in the magazine. I'll post some pictures if I can take it out to the range this weekend.

Put a Krieger standard Palma on mine. They turned down the diameter at the shoulder to the beginning of the taper just forward of the chamber. Worked like a charm.

Seems to be. I'm about to send my creedmoor off to get it Inletted properly, and I'm going to have them make the ctr action cut to see if it makes any difference. Bolt throw still seems to be the main issue, which is puzzling to me–Unless they ship the ctr with a modified bolt stop, which doesn't sound like something tikka would do.
