Don't bother about prices I started by using sako game heads very well made high end bullets but after my barrel was broken in couldn't get better than 1.5 Mia at 100 meters I now use federal eagle out of a group of 20 , 17 are sub 1moa the other3 1.5 Moa , don't let it spoil you shooting it will turn out ok in the end imo

Hi
Dose this torque setting count for all stock materials ,the reason I'm asking is mines aluminium and just wondering if I should start experimenting with different settings -

I'd keep around the 50/55 grn bullet but you can try heavier just to see as some rifle have been known to be ok , I was going to try some 69grn in my .223 st/st super varmint but advised against it has the bullet might not be stable with that twist ,

IMO the third eye mounts are the dogs B###oks I have them on my .223 and would buy them again can't say fairer than that ,(I also have the third eye stock has well ), I also use a NF 5.5 x 22 scope again top quality don't be tempted by cheaper glass , it ok to be tempted by more expensive European glass

Hi on my .223 I use a 5.5 -22-52 nightforce if your budget is bigger than mine I'd get some European glass like s&b etc

Hi
There's plenty of people over here in England that rebarrel tikka or us tikka actions for semi custom rifles so I see no reason for it not being the same where you are -

Hi
Thanks for the reply's if anybody has the time could you list all the other things I'm going to need to do a top reload , I'll only be reloading maybe a hundred or so at a time so only need the single press , I'd prefer to get a list off people on here rather than a sales man that's just after my £(I'm in England) ,I'm after a setup to do a good job not necessary a cheap job , also it doesn't have to be all the same manufacture , its to reload .223 at 100m if that makes a differance
List so far
RCBs rock chucker pressBeam scales (RCBS 5-0-2)
primer pocket reamer (maker ?)
throat brush (maker ?)
powder measures (maker ?)
match dies (forster)
powder trickler (maker ?)
throat chamfer tool (maker ?)
primer hole deburrer (maker ?)

Going to go to the shooting show here in England mid February ,at the moment Rcbs rock press is looking good , then I'll need every think else , I could get it all in a kit ? But I have been advised not to because one might make good presses another might make better scales for example

Hi
The first think that pops into my mind is what distance will you be shooting , I have a st/st super varmint in a 10-1 twist and it's good out to 300 meters maybe 400 , if you need to go further you really need a 8-1 twist ! Hope this helps -

Hi
In theory you can order one from the factory , I was told it would be a 6month wait ,a friend of mine knows several people that have ordered one from the factory 9/12 months down the line still no rifle and no sign of one, you could keep searching for a good second hand one (like hens teeth) ,or if it was me you could get a less than good one then have it re barrelled , it all depends on the budget / access to a good gunsmith , my .223 is a 10-1 shooting paper at 100m and I'm told can go out to 300m , 400m at a push it all depends on what its going to be used for
