Hi I've got a .223 with 12-1twist is the Rws 69grn bullet too heavy shooting paper at 100meters

I tried 69 grain sierra match kings in mine and they wouldn't stabilise, I found 55gr much better until I changed the barrel to a 1-9 twist.
