Tikka had a bad run of barrels. You need to pull a lead projectile from a .22lr and crush it to rough size of your calibre. Keep running it through your barrel till it runs like a proper size projectile. It should be consistent resistance the whole way through. Mine had tight and loose spots. 2 times t3 lites replaced&hellip;</p>

<p>I live in Australia and shoot long range here in Qld. I needed SRLB&#8217;s  for our,  (at the time) , Qty 4 x Tikka T3X TAC A1.  I ordered 4 SRLB&#8217;s from Waters. Did not use initially when received. After a couple of months we got around to using them, or should I say&#8230;&#8230;.. trying to use them&#8230;.!!!</p>

I realize the limbsaver is overkill for 243 but so be it. I took the time to clean it good and torqued the action screws to 35 front, 40 rear. I can&#8217;t wait to get out and shoot it. I also adjusted the trigger as low as it&#8217;ll go and 3 pulls showed 2.5lbs each&hellip;</p>

I’ve worked up a couple of loads, but I have shot some MOA one group at .387 and .432 </p>
<p>I added a fastback butt pad, a unadyne muzzle break, and bottom metal because it was a bit to shoot being so lite weight but now its a kitten at 7.3 lbs with scope</p>
