That is worth noting Larkin, and something I did in fact overlook…. :-[…. ;D

O.K. – lets add ambidextrous grip to the “Lefties wish list” 😉 😀

Ambidextrous 10 degree slanting  ? That would be a neat trick ! 🙂

Oscar and I spoke about the lefty demand.  The molds cost almost $250,000 per inlet.  He needs to recoup that investment first.  Honestly, I'm concerned that he is diving into Howa, Remmington, and Savage too fast when that investment could be recouped faster with a lefty inlet.

Just my .02 from the outside looking in.

What do you guys think of the price?  Honest opinions please!

I'd say the price is fair . They cost the same here.  The freight to US ain't cheap.

I quess it´s better to ask them. It would be a surprise if they wouldn´t be though.

The stock price is released in Sweden. That Berserk will be 20% under the Sporter/Varmint version and thereby their cheapest stock offering to date. It´s made of “Durethan” (whatever that is) and re-inforced with 15% Glassfiber. It´s also pillar bedded from the factory.

I´ll get mine soon enough 😉

I have it from a Sako corporate officer that the new Tikka rifle will be a joint venture with Glock/Austria.  It'll be a pistol-caliber carbine.  8) It'll be called the Glikka.

That's the secret,  new project.  How come you know about that one  ? 🙂

    You KNOW i will ! 🙂
I´m a big fan of GRS Sporter/Varmint and GRS stocks in general. Have one in my immensely modified Sako Quad that i shoot 100 meter BR comps with. It´ll be great to have the exact same stock and trigger on the T3 as well. This stock (The Berserk) will definitely be a big a seller. It has the GRS quality (at the very least it should have) and it´s cheaper than their laminate versions while it´s sold with a bedding block. I´ll bet anyone here they´ll come with Composite models on the other GRS versions too. Any takers ?? 😉

These are what I've been using since my smith put one down my freshly cleaned barrel and it came out dirtier than I care to admit. Screw them down tighter to the base of the adapter, and they flare out a little. Don't screw them down hardly at all (my smith machined off about half of the threading on the adapter) and they're fairly small. If you get the super intensive ones that have intwerwoven brass fibers, you don't even have to change rod tips, just pellet types.

Those VFG felts are really good. I use them on all my weapons. I have that same adapter from Brownells but i don´t especially like it so it hardly gets used. I use the VFG OEM adapter instead : http://www.waffenpflege.de/en/products-cleaners/rifles-and-handguns/adaptor.html

Tikka Shooters Forum favicon icon 6 Bullseyes

I just purchased a new tikka t3 hunter .223 and I noticed that the top of every shot shell is dented into a D shape after shot is this normal or should I be worried? See image attached

I´d let the dealer/Tikka deal with that one. After all – it´s a new Rifle.

Hi the quality is superb on these stock , the only downside is there not fully sealed at the factory, not a problem if you don't do rain , but worth knowing if you do ,

Fully sealed ? It´s a Composite stock = no worries.
