It would be a M558. Both the M558 and M658 ran the plastic bolt guides.

This past spring I finally got my NIB M595 .243 out to the range. I picked up a box of HSM with 87gr Bergers and put the 2nd shot threw the 1st shot, not bad for a Old Tikka ;D

It's pretty hard to get any information on any Tikka M55 or M65 models. My understanding is here in the US any of those models were sold as Ithaca Lsa-55's or Ithaca Lsa-65's. Sir Ville, What I find interesting is if you go to Tikka website and click on the T3X icon, then go to filtering options it list all the caliber options along with the 22lr, 22 wmr, 17 hmr and 17 mach 2!
