Older Tikka?
Posted by se3388 on April 16, 2019 at 1:52 pmBack in the mid 90's I bought a new Tikka with a wood stock in 22-250 and it had a polymer sleeve around the bolt. What model would that be?
It was super accurate and you could cover a five shot group @ 100 yds with a Dime and have room to spare, I believe I was using Federal Premium ammo back then. Sadly I thought I was tired of it and sold it.Steve…….

It would be a M558. Both the M558 and M658 ran the plastic bolt guides.

Thanks for the info, I was wondering what it was. I wish I still had it but in a fit of stupidity I sold it. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was a tad bit too heavy.
