Hi if I'm shooting factory I use Sako 55Gr , it clover leaves in my rifle , also it's good brass when it comes to doing your own loads , Federal eagle is cheaper but shoots 1 to 1 1/2 moa group

Hi for me it would be a stainless steel varmint in .308 and get it restocked with a Thirdeye tactical stock or a Roedale stock . Or a CTR In .308
Has for a 1:8 twist in .223 they do them on a special order , there that special that you'll have to wait years for the delivery if ever -

Hi if I'm thinking correctly the thread is Imperial on the CTR ? I could be wrong if it is , have a look at a Lantac dragon for the .308

Hi it might be worth looking at a older reloading book has sometime they give a high maximum load has they wasn't any safety police about back then ( not that I'd do anything like that)

Hi start at the lower amount and work up in .2's gr all the way to the max , do the full range as there's sometimes a lower and high amount that suits some barrels , also what suits one barrel might not suit yours , I've had good results with Vit 133 but that was for a Berger 52gr match head

I'm not calling people who use a brake a princess, it's people who sulk about other people using them !!!! , you need to read my post not somebody's interpretation who as a chip on there shoulder , I use one on my .223 and so do a lot of people at my club , as for your AR 15 brake get a Lantac Dragon you won't be disappointed

you just have not to be a princess about it and get on with it
Typical answer from the me,me,me generation. I “get on with it” at the range no problem. The problem is the lack of consideration with your neighbors. Why would anybody need a brake on a p—y .223?It's not the me me generation it's the get on with every body generation , has for the comment about .223 get a life!, it's not a size (D##k) compation , it's people with this type of attitude, that people at my club avoid , as they seem a little backwards in there views / ability

If your sure it's a lemon send it back , I don't know where you are but where I am in England we have the sale of goods act , and with what you said it needs sending back , but just do a search of past treads they just might be something else mentioned that you could try ie recoil lug , toque setting

First make sure the barrel is not touching the stock , if it's touching sand the stock back a little at a time until you can get a $/€/£ bill/ note all the way down
