I'm not long back from the range after modifying the magazine. Unfortunately I don't seem to have given it enough, as I still had issues with some loads.

I tried giving it a bit more, but to start with I thought I'd ruined it as I couldn't get the catch to seat at all. After taking the magazine on and off a few times though, it now seems to be working fine.

Next trip to the range will hopefully be without any magazine issues!

It certainly looks the part!

I don't know if you've already got it sorted or not, but if it was me, I think I'd use the money on decent optics to start with, and look at chassis systems afterwards. The standard stock isn't very exciting, but it's  a lot better than some other factory synthetic stocks.

Did he say that the new mags are going to cost just over half what the TRG mags cost? If so, that's a major plus!  🙂
