At those ranges I would definitely be using a boat tail with higher BC.  Up here in the northeast we are hunting heavily wooded terrain and seldom shoot over 200-300 yards.</p>

<p>Used the accu-bonds on a 7 PT buck last week, high shoulder shot, DRT.  My nephew used the same bullet/load on 6 PT buck double lung went 100 yards and piled up.</p>
