I personally think it looks pretty good. Although I really don't have a strong preference between the two colors. I'm not sure if this was helpful or not but figured I'd take a shot at answering your question.

From what I understand, The T3x is not being distributed to the United States as of right now. It should be coming in sometime later this summer before hunting season.

Sportsmans Warehouse and Cabela's are the two stores that sell the superlite. They don't always have the calibers that they sell listed on their websites. You should go talk to the people at Cabela's or Sportsmans Warehouse and they'll be able to tell you if they carry it or might be able to order it. Also if you can buy it from Sportsmans Warehouse. Cabela's prices their guns higher.

Beretta is trying to convince Tikka to keep the standard T3 because of the price point it fills here in the states.
We'll see what happens.
I couldn't imagine that there would be a significant price difference between the two models. I could see the price of the T3x's being slightly higher the first few monthes or maybe even a year but after the T3's are gone it will go back to normal prices. The guns are similar enough that they would be competing in the same market. Idk… IMO, There is no reason to keep both. We'll see though, I might be completely wrong.

From talking to the sportsmans warehouse regional manager and a firearm manager guy at Cabela's. It sounds like the T3x's will get here late July to early August. Also from talking to them it sounded like they are going to start phasing the T3's out instead of manufacturing both models.

I emailed Berreta and asked if Sportsmans warehouse and Cabela's will be getting Tikka T3x super lites. This was their response, “I do not believe that there will be a Super Lite T3x.”
