Yes.

My T3x 30-06 seems to stabilize the Hornady 178g ELD-x very well. The 100 yard accuracy is sub-MOA with box ammo (Precision Hunter).
Yes…it should work just fine.

T3 shoots almost any ammo within 1 moa by default.
my 30-06 likes 180 grn, but i second that 178g ELD and barnes 175 LRX aremaking one hole groups.
Same twist for 308 varmint i got recently, but im still working the load for it. -

180 gr monolithic bullets like the Barnes type are a bit longer than cup-&-core traditional bullets. They may not stay stabil at long range with 1:11 twist. Check with the bullet manufacturer.

I found JBM bullet length lists and stability / twist rate calculator on internet. I was inquiring about Federal Trophy Copper 180 grain. Too new of a bullet for any bullet length data but from what I've gathered it's the same as the older E-Tip. 1.464 inches. Minus plastic tip length. I entered the data and 1:11 twist will provide adequate stability for my shooting limit (300 yards). My rifle is sighted in at 1″ high at 100. My groups are always about 3/4″. Yesterday I shot 2 rounds at 275 yards and had 2 perfect holes one inch apart 7 inches low which is very close to what the ballistic tables say it should be so I am happy.
