Timney 2 stage trigger
New Timney 2 stage trigger arrived today.
Definitely what I like and want in a 2 stage trigger.
Nice soft smooth 1st stage with good take up before a hard wall, then a crisp clean break. I’ll shoot it as adjusted from Timney before I tinker with it but as it’s set this should be great for hunting. I’d say around 8-10oz first and 2 lb second which is about were I like it. Machined .040 off front of block to clear AICS mags with Mt Tactical lower metal in GGS Predator stock.

I just ordered one. Unlike the Tikka trigger, the Timney doesn't lock the bolt in the safe position.
IMHO being able to remove a live round from the chamber with he trigger locked is a much safer.
