Tikka TSR-1 with Steiner 5-25
30 rounds through it; has everything from factory except crappy cardboard box. Comes in Pelican Case with Steiner T5xi 5-25 with books and sunshade. QD mount; AWP 8110-34 CSASS mount that was made for the PSR trials and specific M110 rifles. This is a 34mm mount. This is a rare mount and I added the bubble level EuroOptic is still selling for it and was 47 shipped alone.

I bought this rifle recently and understand it is quite rare; found info online that says only 400 were made in total and only 151 in this color.
