Tikka t3 superlite? Or how to lighten a t3 lite?
I'd like to lighten my t3 lite stainless synthetic but doing a search on the net I came a across that tikka already builds a super lite model? 5lb8onces is what I read. If this rifle is no longer built is it possible to flute the barrel and bolt on my existing rifle, or is this process done before the bore is drilled thro the barrel?

You can find a Super Lite model if you do some searching. Every now and then a used one comes up too.

I have a 270wsm and wouldn't trade it for a diff calibre as of right now. As for finding a superlite in canada it's unheard of.
