tikka T3 Stock torque number ?

HI. I have a T3 varmint (25-06) with the plastic stock. Can someone tell me the recommended number from Tikka for torquing the action screws please? note it's the plastic stock I have. thanks

also I haven't disassembled the rifle yet….it this gun factory pillar bedded or not ?
