I tried the link and they told me to take the screws out haha I wish it was that easy.

Have you tried hitting the receiver / rail with a soft mallet? Sometimes thread lock will stick the rail to the receiver.
You could also try a little heat with a torch to warm it up…

After unscrewing the rail I was able to get a 1mm gap between the receiver and rail. But there is 2 mount type systems or maybe clips that wont let u take off

This is a mystery to me, can you post pics?
I have heard poor reviews on the help customer service provides.

As I mentioned above…this is a simple removal. Don't be afraid to pull the sucker off!
I was working on my guns today and figured I do you a favour…Take a look at the pictures attached.Â
– Remove the 4 screws…Light tap with a rubber hammer, and apply upward pressure to release the thread lock they use on the rail and screws. Its that simple…The only difference in the CTR rail is the built in receiver recoil lugs that protrude up through the rail.
If you can't get yours off, you aren't applying enough pressure….there is nothing to break, it pops right off!

Pretty sure the pic rail is glued on. After removing the screws you could pry it up while applying heat with a heat gun or hair dryer.

On my TRG, i had to heat up the rail with a MAP torch. Propane will work, but take longer, the loctite in the screws will soften. Make sure you get the right head size, or you'll strip the head.
I swear they went ape shit with the loctite, the even used loctite between the rail and receiver.
