Tikka 7mm rem ammo
Hi All, first off new member and looking forward to participating in this forum.
Second, I have a question regarding my Tikka T3 Lite in 7mm rem mag.
I have shot federal premium nosler partition my entire hunting career. Since buying my Tikka 3 years ago I have been experiencing an issue with the magazine deforming the tips of my partition rounds. Tikka claims this is not an issue since it will not jeopardize accuracy. I cant stand it, so I decided to change bullets.
Today I tried HSM Trophy Gold Berger VLD 168 gr. My groups were all over the place.
Do others have the same problem with the Tikka Magazine?
Have others had a problem with accuracy of the 168gr VLD HSM?

I have the same problem with my new 300 WSM, it crushes the points of my Nosler accubond and Hornady SST. Beretta customer service said its a common problem, he gets this complaint a lot, and there is nothing they can do about it. I could not believe my ears. The guy told me to try non-polymer tips, are you kidding me, that is not a solution in todays shooting world. Its absolutely unacceptable to have deformed tips for every bullet in the magazine. In todays day and age of long distance accuracy shooting this is a huge problem for Tikka. I didn't like that plastic magazine when I saw it but assumed that a quality gun manufacturer would not use something that was a problem. Unless I hear about an aftermarket solution very soon I'll be selling my Tikka this winter and letting everyone I know to not buy one. Let me know if you hear about a solution. Thanks
