Tac A1 action screw torque

New to the forum, does any one know what torque the action screws on the Tac A1 rifle should be.

Here is an article that is good for torque settings for various stocks, mounts, bases, etc. You just have to convert from Nm.
From what I've read, converts to 45 inch-pounds.
