Picatinny Rail Issue with New Tikka T3X CTR
I purchased a new Tikka through Gunbroker.com. After about a month I was finally able to start the scope mounting process. Please see attached pics. I noticed a small screw sticking out of its whole at the very front of the rail. Other screws in other rail holes were flush and ok. I decided to torque that screw to get it flush, so as I torqued the screw the front of the rail started bending upward. It is almost as if that is the wrong screw, or if that screw needs to even be there at all. Would love to hear some opinions on this weird issue.

Remove that screw; should be only 4 main screws, that rail may be for different rifles. I bought mountain tactical pic rail with extra steel lug for large hole was more money but excellent! But only really need 4 main screws on rail .. hoping it didn’t damage the pic rail
