New Member & New Tikka!
New member here from VA! Ordered a new Tikka T3x Lite Stainless in 7mm Remington Magnum this week from Whittaker's in Owensboro, KY. I have been looking for a light weight, long range, accurate rifle and think the T3X will work well. I have a Leupold VX3, 3.5-10 x 40 and a set of Warne rings sitting in the safe ready to go.
Look forward to meeting fellow Tikka owners and learning more about these rifles!

Good choice in gun, caliber & scope.

New member here from Birmingham, AL. Thanks to this forum, Snipers Central, and the Snipers Hide for steering me towards purchasing my first TIKKA. I was looking for a long range gun for popping paper, Varmints, and occasionally deer. I looked all around for the T3 Varmint in .308 or 6.5 Creedmoor. I saw several used ones but couldn't pull the trigger on an online purchase when I haven't seen it in person. Finally, I was at my local gun store the other day…shooting the bull…and Johnny said why don't you just go with the T3 Tactical. He had a couple T3 Tactical's in .308 that he was trying to get rid of now that deer season is over. We worked out a deal for the gun and a Vortex Viper 6-24×50. I went out last week to sight/break in. I am absolutely in love with this gun. I was covering up holes at 100 yards. Can't wait to stretch it out to 500+ yards. Need to learn how to reload as well 😉

Hey guys!! Newbomb from NYC here. First bolt action rifle. I am waiting for my T3X CTR 6.5 CM with 24″ barrel. I ordered a Nikon 4-16×42 Monarch scope.
I'm a pistol guy so I may have a lot of questions while I'm setting up the Tikka. Hope I can contribute around here as well.
