Magazine length and bullet seating .308 Win.
I’m starting to reload for my Tikka T3X in .308 Win. I have selected a bullet seating that is just short of the lands. But when I went to load it in the magazine it was proud by .15″. So, it’s too long for the factory magazine.
Are there any tricks to modifying the magazine to allow for a greater OAL?
How about aftermarket mags?
Yes I need the full use of the magazine. This is a hunting rifle.

Let`s try with a 30.06 Sprg magazine for Tikka T3… for example…
