Wow! You picked at least 3 of the options on one of my dream builds, namely the Manners stock, thunderbeast suppressor and the Vortex gen II Razor. I have a Mack Bros. 30 cal suppressor tax stamp pending – I plan to put it on my 6.5×55 T3 Sporter.
I was so excited by your rifle I forgot to say hi, ranchodrive!
Glad you posted this and I look forward to some range reports.

I do like the Thunderbeast can even though it's a dated model. One interesting fact I found with the 30-P1 is that I lost about 20 fps in speed with the can, which is converse of the SDN-6 that I have mounted on a .308. Just differences in designs I'm guessing.
Best 5 shot group with the CTR so far has been .13″ @ 100 yds with a 139 gr Scenar, 44.6 gr H4350 and LaPua brass (going about 2742fps). -
One of the nicest guns posted on the forum…period!
