Largest 8 pointer to date…
Was lucky enough to get this guy on the last morning of a 3 day hunt.
Passed up shots on other deer hoping to get one of the big 10's we were after but none presented a shot.
Settled for this guy, which wasn't hard to do. My 8 month old Drahthaar loves Deer hunting and he was pretty proud standing by this guy.Took him down with my 300wsm Varmint shooting a 180gr Winchester XP3 projectile…through and through at 75 yards turning lungs and heart into soup…
