It’s Apple season!
This is a bit off any topic here, but I just brought home 5 bushels of River Bell apples, 2-3 bushels of HoneyCrisp and 2-3 bushels of First Kiss (also called Rave outside Minnesota) apples. Between me and a buddy we are drying them as fast as possible with a touch of cinnamon. We try to do this every year and the high end sweet apples dry spectacularly and make a perfect snack on hunts!

Hehe I use my retired dehydrator for brass.
My food one is an inexpensive “Nesco” square tray that I added 4 trays to for a total of 10. The house smells wonderful!
