How do we Generate Some Traffic on This Site?
This site has answered a lot of my questions and Tikkas are sold all over the place. How many new owners and prospective owners are checking us out and leaving without input? I love the long range articles and whatnot, lets post some more stuff on what you guys are doing.
the youtube stuff is awesome !! lets get more on there.
p.s. how many posts do i have to make to get more than “newbie” status lol.

Sad for some forums I visit, the traffic is so slow you wouldn't miss too much if you were only on Monthly… sucks for us who are online every night or scanning forums daily.
I too love hunt reports, technical talk and discussions, I was recently silently booted from a forum in Australia which became a place of friends an not shooting/hunting related discussions, anything slightly controversial was removed an swept under the carpet. that's not what I believe a Forum is about.
Im going to look into some International hunting forums and see if I can throw a few logs on the Camp fire..
Would be happy to do the same here, although I notice things arrreee q u i t e

I'm not too concerned about traffic (considering how little time I have to moderate). Between how busy we are at the shop & rifle season starting for elk this weekend, we're up to our necks. We should have a few more pictures to add as hunting season goes on though 😉

No offense to the admin's of course.
But the number of forums here is ridiculous. A Primer forum? A hunting videos section? Separate ones for Bear and Predator, Deer and Antelope…. 😮
This is just entirely wrong. Cut it down to 8-10 sections – TOPS.
Tikka Rifles, Optics, Gear, Hunting, Reloading, Technical, Classified for example. Nothing else. You're diluting your google ranking hugely and fragmenting your own user base. You want people, generalize. Keep the discusion about Tikka because that's what people will search for. You'll never overwhelm SnipersHide (well, before they screwed that place up) Optics section, but you can be the go to for Tikka if you want to be.
Or wait, and someone else will do it. Also… I really hope that capcha and questions aren't for every post… that's a huge mistake there too.

Imho I like it just the way it is ?I can see the reasoning behind reduceing the number of sections, but I'd prefer one or two good posts than lots of crap ones
