DNZ scope mount 50mm objective
I bought my t3 lite in 30-06 last week, first “nice” rifle. I wanted a 50mm scope inorder to gather more light, so i got a simmons 3x9x50. It did fit in the stock rings, however i had to mount it forward of ideal in order to clear the thick part of the barrel. I was also able to find many critical reviews of the stock rings, so i figured i'd replace them before even sighting in. I was not able to find any wisdom on which height DNZ mount id need for a 50mm scope. I called DNZ, and was shocked at the polite courteous suggestion that a medium would indeed fit. 24 hrs later amazon got me the mount and here we are.
In short a medium mount will fit a 50mm scope beautifully. I loctited everything although the directions did not mention it.

My Daughter and I have DNZ mounts on all our Tikkas. Just ask Tim and he will tell you which mounts number to order. Great customer service and a very good product.
