Cheapest plinking ammo for Tikka T3X .308?
Hello all, I have owned a Tikka T3X chambered in .308 for about a year now. I have shot mostly higher cost soft points or match ammo through it. When I first purchased the gun I bought several boxes of PPU in various sizes just to plink with only to find that my gun would only chamber about half the rounds, presumably due to tight tolerances and slightly out of spec rounds from PPU. I am okay with that, however I could shoot a lot more rounds if I could find some cheap ammunition that the gun will shoot. My question is, what is the cheapest ammo that will reliably chamber and shoot in the Tikka T3X .308? I'm not looking to set the world on fire with accuracy, for that I will use the expensive stuff. PPU didn't do the job so I am looking for suggestions, any help would be appreciated!
