caulk that adheres to new T3X black syn. stock?
I just bought a new Tikka T3X Lite SS with the black synthetic stock.
I'm adding a bit of weight under the recoil pad, and I also want to add some weight in the forearm.
There's some unused space in the forearm, and I want to add some BLACK caulk along with some lead shot…… in some of that “spare space”.
Home Depot has an enormous selection of “caulk/caulk type” materials. Do any of you folks know, from experience, what readily available black caulk will adhere to this new Tikka synthetic stock?? I'd like this caulk to both adhere and stay slightly flexible for at least 1 or 2 hunting seasons, maybe longer.
Please, if you know of something that'll meet my request, tell me about it, being very very specific in identifying the exact name of the product.
