Alpha Industries Manufacturing Customer Service Issues??????
So, I ordered an alpha mag 2 weeks ago for my AICS chassis. I received email confirmation of the order the same day. However, I did not receive shipping info. Last week I emailed them to get a status update. No response. I called the number on their website today and got an answering machine. I am not upset that the mag has not shipped. I just want an update. Is this SOP for Alpha?
