Hi lots of barrels every manufacturer barrel can be thread and chambered to fit a Tikka just need a good gun smith , there's one or two triggers but most people just swop the spring to reduce the trigger pull

As said a mere spring change will make the oem trigger much lighter. If that doesn´t do it for you then there are at least half a dozen different aftermarket triggers for the T3. Jard, Timney, Barnard Precision and Bix & Andy comes to mind first.
The Barnard trigger is sweeeet ( 400 NZ$ ) but the B&A beats them all – although you pay a hefty premium for that joy … 😉
Barnard is from New Zealand and B&A is from Austria.http://bixn-andy.at/en/shop/abzug-tikka-t3/
Coincidentally B&A also make real good barrels. 😮

Some of the reasons I purchased the t3 lite the trigger was good, the stock was rigid, the action smooth, and an accurate barrel.I could have got another 700 rem and replaced the trigger and stock as usual butt that doubles the price right away doesn't make sense anymore. The only change on the tikka was a limbsaver recoil pad. They are good to go out of the box.

My thinking as well. I have a T3 Lite in .223 and a T3 Lite in .243. Both shot one inch groups at 100 yards out of the box and I am not a benchrest shooter by any stretch of the imagination. Mine are for hunting so 1 inch is plenty good and I've been able to shrink that a bit with hand loads.
I realize 1″ might not be nearly good enough if you're a competitive shooter.
I also have a Winchester 670 in .30-06 that I was about to get rid of because it didn't group well. After fitting it with a recoil pad and a better trigger (apparently the originals have a reputation for being stiff), and them making sure the barrel is CLEAN, I can shoot 2″ groups from a portable rest (tripod or sticks). A dirty barrel will really mess you up.
The moral of the story for me was, adding recoil pads and fixing stiff triggers are worth doing. If the rifle still doesn't shoot well, eliminate every other variable before messing with stock, action or barrel.
