Nice shooting!
Nothing like an off the shelf gun that shoots like a custom.
I'll be doing a review of the Tubbs Final Finish system in an F(TR) .223 I'm building on a T3 action. My thought is that I can compete with a stock Tikka barrel that has been lapped.

Sounds like your on your way…I was a die hard Rem guy. It took me a long time to buy a Tikka. Now they are about the only factory rifle I would buy.

Well, I will have to try your 6.5×55 load there. Any ideas on the velocity your gettin on that? My 22-250 groups shrunk down to your 204 groups when I went with the cheap Winchester 45gr JHP Varmint bullets. Nice shootin all the same…
