243 308 hybrid
If i bought a tikka in .243 put the cdi bottom metal, and used my 308 aics magazines. would it feed properly?

You bet. We have lots of guys using the AICS mags with 22-250, 243, 7-08 and he WSMs
The 22-250 and WSMs do require some light bending of the lips.
