I know of someone who had a Tikka in 7mm-08 and claimed he had zero problems with the factory rings. I have Tikkas in .243 and .223 and so far my accuracy problems are all with the shooter, not the rings. with heavier calibers, it might be a different story.
My suggestion: try the factory rings after making sure they're installed and torqued correctly
