So all the ammo was factory loads. I cleaned the bolt and firing pin. I then switched to Winchester ammo and had no problems. After sighting in the gun I fired some of the Hornady through it and it shot fine. It did not group near as tight as the Winchester but did fire. I took the gun hunting on Friday and was ready to shoot a deer and “click” was all I got. The gun is being sent back to be looked over. Thanks for all of the advice. I'll let you know what it does one I get it back.
