Well here is the update: Beretta charged me $70 to check for any accuracy problems (keep in mind rifle is still under warranty and was purchased in September 2014) and they found nothing wrong with the rifle. I'm at a loss for words, what in the hell do I do with the thing? How would you all handle this whole situation?

You can buy mine as soon as it gets back from the factory. I have had nothing but nightmares with this rifle, shoots all over the place. I suspect my torque could be off on the action screws. I didnt have a torque wrench so I ordered one last night, should be here Tuesday. What is the inch pounds to torque? Ive seen anywhere between 35-50. I will check the recoil lug before I torque it to spec. I had a tikk3 t3 in .270 and never had a problem with it, wish I still had it 🙁

Ive checked the crown but not the throat. I emailed Beretta, they responded with “Whats your serial number?” Maybe they made a bad batch of barrels or something. Who knows..

Stock is not touching anywhere. 3 different people have shot it all with same results. I have eliminated all variables. I guess my question is, has anyone else had this same issue and what did Beretta do about? I am 99% sure mine is a lemon.
