    yes forend is wider,has extra and side mounts for different swivle mountings, ajustable cheek weld pad,stainless action, piccatinny rail, heavy bull barrel ,

    if you can afford it get the mark4….hands down the best of the ones listed..
    i have a mark4 6.6×20 lighted tmr rectical and I like it better than my buddies nightforce nxs 22 power and I swear the optics are clearer in my mark4, maybe I'm a tad bias but oh well….i also have and older vx2 3x9x40 on my hunting rifle and it's a great scope for my set up…

    yes I have one in .308.Love the gun and is a great shooter. I had to get the main vp in marketing for beretta to find mine…he found it in a show room on display on madison ave. go figure…..and said there was one more he found in chicago somewhere…

    .308 in my super varmint..topped with a mark 4 in 6×20
    all loads are below max load data…
    168 gr sierra matchking with 44 gr varget ,loaded to 2.225 to the ogive of the bullet,no crimp, remington brass ,cci large rifle primers produces 2640 fps and consistant 1/2 inch groups at 100 yrds and have shot a few .25 inch groups with this combo.this combo I shot out at 500 yrds last weekend with a 10 mph wind quartering to. i shot 4 groups first was a fouling group it was 6.5 inches next 2 groups were 3.5 and 3.25 inches last group was the best at 2.75 inches.
    165 gr sierra gamekings with 44.5 gr varget, with a factory crimp,remington brass ,cci primer produce 2650 fps consistant 1/2 inch groups at 100 yrds. this is a great hunting load.
