I have removed several, and every one has been dang hard coming off. They are on very tight and also have a thread locker on them. I first heat the barrel directly in front of the action loosen the lock Tite. I then set it up in the lathe and do a relief cut in front of the action. Then put it in a barrel vice to screw it off. Even with this done, some of them are still a bit of a challenge.

Well we found some screws and got the barrel off! Set the new rifle up in the lathe and made a relief cut right in front of the action, heated up the barrel and burned out the lock Tite, screwed right out! Would have liked to save the new barrel, but had to move on.
Chambered up a new Bartlien 8 twist to 22-243AI. Will Cerakote it tomorrow. Waiting for the screws and new stock to come and we'll get it bedded, scope mounted and shooting. Hopefully by the weekend.
Should be great coyote medicine. Trying 70 grain TSX, 75 Amax and 80 grain Bergers
