Hi All… thanks for your input I contacted Beretta Australia sent my original to them and they immediately send a replacement Mag but did not indicate what they thought was wrong with the original. The replacement 'seems' to be working ok but I really haven't been able to use it much over the last 5 weeks.
I am still a little skeptical that maybe after a bit of use the problem may re-occur.
I agree it seems there is not enough pressure under the back of the follower but….. when there is just one round in the mag there is no problem it holds the round up with plenty of force. But with 2 or more rounds … nope! Counter intuitive because with multiple rounds the spring should be forcing the rounds up with more pressure (?)
Anyway time will tell …..again thanks for the thoughts/input
